2023 How to Design & Order a Custom Pad

Custom Pad Ordering with Saguaro Show Pads:

STEP #1. Choose if you would like a custom Pleasure/Reining Pad or Ranch Pad.

PLEASURE/REINING PADS - Have vertical patterns of lines, zig-zags and dots. The weaving on these pads is a bit simpler than a ranch pad, but there are still endless possibilities of colors and design. Pleasure/Reining Pads include wear leathers to protect your pad from your saddle. They are under 3/4" thick and weight approximately 8 lbs, depending on size. RANCH PADS - Have complex woven patterns made on a special loom. Patterns can be large & intricate, include horizontal and vertical designs, curved and geometric shapes. No wear leathers standard but they can be added. Ranch Pads are under 1/2" thick and weigh approximately 4 lbs, depending on size. See some examples of Ranch Pads

STEP #2: Choose your level of customization.

STEP #2: EMAIL US We will send an invoice to you that must be paid UP FRONT to start! Please note that a $50 design fee will be retained in the case of a cancellation if art work has been provided for you already.

STEP #3: Work one-on-one with our designer to create your custom pad. Send your chosen colors, pattern, pictures of your horse and the outfit you’d like to match so that we can start working on creating your custom pad. You will receive a custom mock-up of your pad pattern with your colors to proof and approve before ordering.

TIME FRAME: Receive your custom pad in roughly 16 weeks. This is merely an estimate and we do not guarantee them within the time frame aforementioned. We want to and will get your pad to you as soon as we can. Remember, the order can be placed only after you finalize your design. Weather and other events can delay shipments and are out of our control.

LEVEL 1- Simple Change Saguaro Custom — an existing pad reimagined by changing one color. Example: the base color of a pad. This pad can be reproduced by us and sold on our website.

LEVEL 3 - Standard Custom Saguaro — a pad created using colors selected by you in any existing Saguaro pattern. This pad can be reproduced by us and sold on our website.

—This package comes with:

•three initial detailed digital mock ups

•one on one design consulting with our designer

•up to three final additional digital mock ups

•no design exclusivity

*Please be aware that occasionally unintentional duplicates are made due to the weaving process. These duplicates will be offered to you first at $150. If you decline, we reserve the right to sell them on our VIP page as they will not be made available on our website in our mainstream selections*

LEVEL 4 - Custom Saguaro — a pad created using colors selected by you in any existing Saguaro pattern.

Price: $650

—This package comes with:

•three initial detailed digital mock ups

•one on one design consulting with our designer

•up to three final additional digital mock ups

•design exclusivity for two years

DISCLAIMER: This specific color way, color placement, and pattern combination will not be reproduced by us for at-least two years. Two years after the ship date of the custom one of a kind pad, we reserve the right to once again sell the design as is. This does not necessarily mean that we will sell your design but we will reserve the right to do so after the 2 year design exclusivity contract ends. Production within the first two years will be limited to producing similar pads such as: similar color ways, color placement, and pattern combination. All Saguaro Show Pads designs are not to be replicated or recreated by any other parties at any time.

LEVEL 5 - Platinum Custom Saguaro — a pad created using colors selected by you in any existing Saguaro pattern.

Price: $850

—This package comes with:

•a 5 year design exclusivity contract

•three initial detailed digital mock ups

•one on one design consulting with our designer

•up to 10 final additional digital mock ups

•ability to repurchase duplicates of your custom for $150 for the duration of your 5 year contract.

DISCLAIMER: This specific color way, color placement, and pattern combination will not be reproduced by us for at-least five years (we may never reproduce your pad at all). Five years after the ship date of your Platinum Custom one of a kind pad, we reserve the right to once again sell the design as is. This does not necessarily mean that we will sell your design but we will reserve the right to do so after the 5 year design exclusivity contract ends. Production within the first 5 years will be limited to producing similar pads such as: similar color ways, color placement, and pattern combination.
