    Return Policy

    All returns must follow the guidelines outlined below.


    How to Submit a Return

    Step 1: Submit a return request through our Return Portal
    Step 2: Complete and include the required Return Form with your package 

    Returns submitted without using the return portal will not be processed.


    All Sales Final

    The following purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

    • All international orders (no exceptions)

    • All sale items, including items purchased with discount codes

    • All performance wear and show wear

    • All custom-sized pads (no exceptions)

    For custom-sized pads, store credit for the amount paid may be transferred to an in-stock product if needed.


    Standard Returns

    All returns must follow our official return protocol. A return request must be submitted and proper paperwork must be included inside the package in order for the return to be processed.

    Return Requirements

    • All returned pads must include the original pad protector (if one was provided).
      Returns received without the pad protector will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

    • All returned items must be unused.
      Any item that appears to have been tried on a horse will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.

    • Pads may be returned for online store credit only within 30 days of delivery.

    • Store credit will be issued for the purchase price only.
      Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    • Please include the original invoice and any notes (written or emailed) explaining the reason for return.


    Product Variations & Defects

    • Colors may vary due to lighting and screen/monitor settings.
      All colors are described in product listings. Color variation does not qualify as a defect, and return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

    • Show pad patterns and sizes may vary slightly due to their handmade nature.
      Sizes may vary by 1–3 inches. Pattern and size variations do not qualify as defects.

    • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
      These issues do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return.


    Shipping & Processing

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • Please use a shipping method that includes tracking.
      We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

    • Store credit will be issued to the email address associated with the order within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.


    Additional Policies

    • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
      If you need assistance using your store credit, please contact us before placing your order.

    • Exchanges are no longer offered through return paperwork.
      Once your return is processed, you may use your store credit to purchase the desired item.

    • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
