EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING POLICY

Effective September 9, 2026

Saguaro Show Pads is a small business based in Georgia, United States. Effective September 9, 2026, Saguaro Show Pads will no longer accept, process, or ship orders with a delivery address located within a member country of the European Union.

WHY WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

This decision was made following a comprehensive review of the consumer laws and regulatory requirements applicable when a U.S.-based business sells directly to consumers within the European Union.

EU consumer law provides consumers with statutory withdrawal rights for many distance purchases. When those rights apply, they can require a seller to refund applicable standard outbound delivery charges after an order has already been shipped, even though those shipping costs have already been paid by the seller to a third-party carrier and may not be recoverable by the seller.

International shipping for Saguaro products is substantial. As a small U.S.-based business, we have determined that continuing to assume the financial exposure associated with these requirements is not sustainable for our company. In our view, the current framework does not provide sufficient protection for small businesses against the loss of international shipping expenses that have already been incurred in good-faith fulfillment of an order.

For that reason, rather than attempt to limit rights afforded to EU consumers or impose terms that may conflict with applicable EU consumer law, Saguaro Show Pads has elected to discontinue direct sales and shipping to the European Union.

COUNTRIES AFFECTED

Saguaro Show Pads will not accept orders for delivery to the following EU member countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Orders submitted with a shipping destination within one of these countries may be cancelled and refunded without fulfillment.

EXISTING AND PRIOR ORDERS

This policy applies to orders placed on or after September 9, 2026.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, alter, or retroactively affect any right or obligation that may apply under applicable law to an order placed before the effective date of this policy.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This change applies specifically to destinations within the European Union. Saguaro Show Pads may continue to offer international shipping to other eligible countries at our discretion.

Availability of international shipping destinations is determined at checkout and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
