Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

During high-volume periods, sales, and major events, processing times may be extended.

Custom and made-to-order items have separate production timelines, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when applicable.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Saguaro Show Pads is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.
Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.
