Shipping Policy

We take great care in preparing and shipping every Saguaro order. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

  • During high-volume periods, sales, and major events, processing times may be extended.

  • Custom and made-to-order items have separate production timelines, which will be noted on the product page.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when applicable.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Saguaro Show Pads is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.


Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
