I was heartbroken when I opened my package. The color which was shown as a flashy light gray came as an extremely drab green, yellowy brown, and dark gray. It does not even look remotely like the photo. It can not be called “variation due to light.” The quality is also subpar. The weave is very loose, frizzy, and already snagged, and the wool does not feel like my other pads from the same price range. I am further disappointed in the return policy of a store credit (and only if the pad is not discounted and the buyer pays shipping).

HI, it looks like you have left two very similar reviews regarding color. I am going to have to assume that your monitor screen must not be accurate. The pads are inspected before being restocked to assure that re-makes are within the original ranges of color, design, etc. If you follow our VIP page on Facebook, you will see that we "cull" quite a few designs that do not meet our standard requirements.

The return policy is posted on our website to be read before purchase. We aren't Amazon. Small businesses cannot offer the same return policies as billion dollar corporations. It just isn't possible.

In terms of the weave, please send photos of what you are experiencing. We have thousands of reviews and none with weave or quality complaints. Please reach me via email. Email can be found online.
